Grievance Policy

Pennies Trucking Academy has a certificate of approval from the Texas Workforce Commission to operate a career school or college in the state of Texas. Pennies Trucking Academy assigned school number is S6269.
Pennies Trucking Academy program is approved by the Texas Workforce Commission.
Students must address their concerns about the school or the education programs offered by the school by following the grievance process outlined in the school catalog.
Student’s dissatisfied with the school’s response to their complaint can file a formal complaint with Texas Workforce Commission, as well as with other relevant agencies or accreditors, if applicable.
