Student Policies & Guidelines

Grievance Policy

Pennies Trucking Academy has a certificate of approval from the Texas Workforce Commission to operate a career school or college in the state of Texas. Our assigned school number is S6269.

Students must address their concerns about the school or the education programs offered by the school by following the grievance process outlined in the school catalog.

Students dissatisfied with the school's response to their complaint can file a formal complaint with Texas Workforce Commission, as well as with other relevant agencies or accreditors, if applicable.

Nondiscrimination Policy

Prospective students will not be denied admission on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or veteran status (except where age, sex, or disability, constitute a bona fide occupational qualification necessary to proper and efficient administration).

Any student that believes they may have been discriminated against should follow the Student Grievance Policy.
